How do you motivate people?
FIRSTLY, I WILL MOTIVATE PEOPLE FUTURE PLAN OF OUR MARKETING GOAL. IF WE REACH THE MKTG GOAL, WE WILL INCREASE THE PROFIT. AND I WILL INCLUDE THEM WITH OUR TEAM PLAYER. I WILL MOTIVATE THEM WITH OUR COMPANY CULTURE. OR COMPANY GOAL.

I WILL LET THE OTHER MEMBERS VOTE WHICH IDEA IS BEST.

I WILL TALK TO THE TEAM MEMBER WHY HE DONT REPORT TO ME FIRST. I WILL TELL HIM IF HE HAS QUESTIONS THEN HE CAN DIRECTLY ASK ME.
